Our Stainless Steel Pipe Manufacturing Process

1. Raw Material Inspection

The manufacturing process begins with the careful selection of premium-grade stainless steel raw materials. Every batch is thoroughly inspected for chemical composition, strength, and surface quality to ensure superior performance and long service life.


2. Cutting & Slitting

Stainless steel coils and sheets are cut and slit into required sizes using high-precision machinery. This process ensures uniform dimensions and accurate pipe formation.


3. Pipe Forming

The stainless steel strip is passed through a series of forming rollers where it is gradually shaped into a tubular form. Advanced forming technology helps maintain dimensional accuracy and smooth finishing.


4. Welding Process

The formed edges are welded using advanced TIG/ERW welding technology to create strong and seamless joints. Our welding process ensures high strength, leak-proof performance, and excellent durability.


5. Heat Treatment & Annealing

After welding, pipes undergo heat treatment and annealing processes to improve strength, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. This process also removes internal stress from the material.


6. Sizing & Straightening

The pipes are calibrated through sizing machines to achieve precise outer diameter, thickness, and straightness according to international specifications.


7. Surface Finishing & Polishing

Depending on customer requirements, pipes are polished and finished in various surface options such as:

  • Mirror Finish
  • Matte Finish
  • Brush Finish
  • Mill Finish

This enhances both appearance and corrosion resistance.
